I know this is all spiritual hippie dippie stuff and I'm not exactly the religious type, but what if the Christian word 'Amen' was a word puzzle clueing us into the nature of what God is? A - men, or the collective consciousness of men/mankind. A collection of the plural of all of us. The most secular way I can picture a comparitively omnipotent presence is as the collective consciousness of a future population looking in retrospect toward the documented times of our current reality.
