For want of something interesting to do, I fed three Tarot cards I pulled with my Imgur program into ChatGPT. First was Temperance, upright, in fact all three were upright so it's redundant to repeat myself. Next was Chariot, and last was Four of Swords. If you'd like a link to my program it's on the home page, but you can also click this link. It's perfectly okay to be lazy sometimes, it's the reason for many of life's greatest things.
Before I continue, I solemly swear that I will not have ChatGPT write any of these posts. That's just not artistically interesting to me. What is, however, is when ChatGPT is properly billed as what it is and we get to look at what it has to say in the right context. I think that language models actually rhyme quite a lot with these cards, being randomized processes subject to the whims of our world and made sense in retrospect.
I'd like to frame this link below as a focus object of meditation, something with the power to compel you because it's three yous in a trenchcoat. There's no other person here, there's no intention behind the words. There is justly pure intention in how you take it in, so take a look at your art as you've dedicated it lovingly to yourself. If this stokes a response within you then it will be easier to caress the next stone in your path.
The Reading_____________________________________
Now let's look at this from the outside, change the focus to tarot readers in general. I've delicately framed these cold and unaware beings, guided you toward a manifestation of them I find most warm and positive. Without the cold nothings I would not have had the structure to retain you, and without my warmth you wouldn't have felt the love that would bring you here. This appears to me as a guided meditation.
With these words I hope to compel you toward the positive aspects of Tarot rather than the deceptive side that cunning vampires will use to suck you dry. In rhyming future and past, I hope to aid you in not fearing the future so much. A card game designed for nobles in the times of Feudalism had just enough to feel alive, just enough to make the foolish buy in. But there's beauty within that feeling, because it all comes from you.
As a well that never runs dry, cards with this much to say about them as the tip of the iceberg, it's no wonder it's my favorite card game. The thing about games many forget is that, with nothing to gain or lose, everything you do from there is an act of play. One of the striking things is that there's as much depth to each of these cards as you or I, but only if we first allow them to host us within. Do you allow yourself, Elyon?
These words, they were not designed specifically for your eyes. They're cold, a cold call into a void in the hope that some of it resonates. Such is the life of an artist, pneumatic. Trying to make the best possible things we can, of sheer love and play. Painting our days, scripting our lives like cult classic movies, hitting all the right notes on an improvised solo because we're one enough to just let them happen.
Psychics, they're only one step above the hylics that want someone to think for them. The hylics want to embody someone else's intention, feeling hollowed out of any course of action.
