I also demand that the forms I am presented with are not intentionally obfuscated. If the circumstances I am provided with the forms do not allow me to achieve a full understanding of what I would be consenting to then the form is invalid. If the form is presented in a manner that makes the true implications of signing it obtuse or hard for me to understand in any way then the form is invalid until I can achieve a full comprehension of its contents and its implications and happen to agree to its terms.
